Under Pressure Report to Launch in Parliament

The report of YWCA Scotland’s work with Zero Tolerance to equip youth workers with the skills and confidence to address abuse and exploitation in young people’s relationships will be launched in the Scottish Parliament on Wednesday, 29 February at 1 pm.

Christina McKelvie, MSP for Hamilton, Larkhall and Stonehouse and Malcolm Chisholm, MSP for Edinburgh North and Leith, will co-host the launch, featuring presentations from both organisations and comments from youth workers who took part in the series of short courses held in Ayrshire, Dundee, Edinburgh, Kirkcaldy, Livingston and Galashiels. 

The launch will also highlight the new Scottish Government Violence Prevention Unit campaign to raise awareness of abuse and control in teen relationships.
