YWCA Scotland is governed by its members and elects a Board of Directors to oversee the running of the organisation on their behalf.

Exciting Opportunity – Be a Board Member of YWCA Scotland!
Do you have time, skills, enthusiasm and commitment to make a difference for young women and girls in Scotland? YWCA Scotland seeks new members for its board of Trustees / Directors.

We are particularly looking for people with financial management skills and the ability to ensure good governance for the charity.

What’s most important, however, is belief in the mission, aims and values of YWCA Scotland, time to attend at least 4 meetings a year and undertake other tasks in between, commitment to working in partnership and achieving excellence in all we do and the enthusiasm to help lead the charity during tough economic times.
