YWCA SCOTLAND BOARD OF DIRECTORS

YWCA Scotland is governed by its members and elects a Board of Directors to oversee the running of the Association on their behalf.

There are 15 members of the Board of Directors, 30% of the Board are young women under 30. The Board reports to its membership at the AGM on the work and finances of YWCA Scotland. YWCA Scotland is a registered company limited by guarantee with charitable status (no. SC034132). All members of YWCA Scotland are automatically members of the company and can attend and vote at the AGM.
