30 Under 30 is back! Last year we started a blog series featuring 30 phenomenal Scottish women under 30, and we loved hearing about their fantastic achievements, inspirations, and advice to other young women in Scotland. If you missed it, fret not, you can check out their amazing profiles here.

We are now ready to reveal the 30 Under 30 2017 edition – an unofficial, but totally inspiring list of amazing sheroes from Scotland or living in Scotland. From volunteers to scientists, feminist publishers, campaigners, designers, singers and wrestlers– Scotland is full of incredible young women, and we can’t wait to share their stories with you! Prepared to be inspired and ready to put your super hero cape on and change the world one small step at a time!

Each day throughout November we will be posting a profile of one of these incredible women, so make sure you follow us on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram (always @YoungWomenScot) so you won’t miss a thing! And now, without further ado:

Thank you so much to everyone who nominated a young woman to be on this list. We received over 80 nominations and it was not an easy decision for our panel of young women, who finalised the shortlist together. Don’t forget to check our blog throughout November, when we will be posting a new profile each day!
